    I've been a frequent customer here for years. The staff are excellent! I've never had my order prepared incorrectly, and they work at the speed of light in the morning to get you in and out quickly. The owner is always there and takes so much pride in his business which you can see from the minute you pull into the parking lot. Prices and quality of food are miles beyond that of Starbucks. I would recommend to anyone looking for coffee, donuts, or quick breakfast on the go.

    The frozen coffee and donut I bought were good but the inside was absolutely filthy! All the tables were dirty so I had to clean one off myself the best I could. The floors were also dirty with pieces of food and other debris. There were no costumers to be waited on and so the employees were just standing around instead of cleaning up the dining area. Thank goodness this isn't my usual Dunkin.

    This Dunkin does not even deserve one star. We've went there a few times and each time was a horrible experience. From going inside and going through the drive thru was an absolute mess. The employee who was at the front counter was extremely rude. He did not smile, he did not greet us and he had NO proper manners. Started out with a simple " what can get I get for you" looks at my wife and I like we were aliens and had the expression on his face like he had NO idea what he was doing. We both had a simple coffee order with our Dunkin refill travel mugs... My wife asked for a Iced coffee with very little cream and a flavor shot. I asked for a stronger blend with a turbo shot and milk, simple... Right? Wrong... He took my travel mug behind the counter after he took almost 5 minutes my wife who was a manager at Tim Hortons for many years saw this employee "marry" the coffee into my mug one glass pot and one thermal pot. The glass pot had barley any coffee left.. which means that the coffee was not fresh and has not been updated and it's been sitting and burning, when he grabbed the thermal pot he had to take the lid off that which means that barely any coffee was left... He poured both as I said into my mug, forgot my turbo shot and hands my coffee back to me, my wife took a sip and said the coffee was burnt and luke warm, I gave it back to the employee and he had a look of disgust on his face and did not apologize.. as he takes the mug back, he places my lid face down on the counter top where people put their hands and leaves it there and mind you, that's where my mouth goes!!! 😁 Remakes the "fresh" coffee and hands my mug back to me, then I politely asked if he remembered my turbo shot... Which he did not, takes the mug back and adds the turbo shot but filled the coffee to the brim, dumps half the coffee out, refills with milk and then takes a counter sanitizer rag and wipes my coffee spill remains off my mug.. hands it back to me WITHOUT my lid still as it lays on the cominated counter .. finally after 20 minutes I've had enough and paid but we had to inform him that we still needed to pay , and he never even rang us up and we had to wait another few minutes . This employee is horrible and the fact that he also was wearing gloves the ENTIRE time taking cash, and grabbing items and not changing them is a disgrace. That is cross contamination and clearly he was not trained properly. We will never go back to this location again. I think the manager needs to seriously address these issues and provide better service and avoid a possible health risk to their customers and their employees.

    Wonderful atmosphere, the service was great and the food and coffee was excellent!!!!
